- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (optional)

- In a food processor, combine the basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the pesto.

- Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for another minute.
