Makes 2 Patties
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
1 cup almonds
½ cup ground organic flaxseed
2 tablespoons coconut aminos (or balsamic vinegar)
2 tablespoons coconut oil (or MCT oil)
1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in high powered blender or food processor.
Process until well blended. Process less if you prefer coarser texture.
Split mixture in half and form patties.
May serve raw OR
Lightly cover with coconut oil and bake in oven at 300 degrees F for 35 minutes, or lightly pan fry over medium heat until golden brown, flipping once.
