Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy nut butter of choice
  • ¼ cup unflavored collagen peptides
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Stir well until a thick cookie dough forms
  3. Use a tablespoon to scoop out evenly-sized balls of dough
  4. Roll each ball between the palms of your hands to smooth and form each ball into a cookie-like shape
  5. Eat right away or store in the fridge for later!
