Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus
½ to 1 tsp minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ lemon, juiced
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place asparagus, garlic, olive oil, salt, & black pepper in a bowl.
Toss to coat.
Spread asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 12-16 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.
Turn only once during cooking time.
Lightly squeeze lemon over spears after cooked.
