Serving Mississippi from Ridgeland since 2004.
That’s not a slogan. It’s how the clinic has run since 2004 — and it’s the single biggest reason our patients get results where single-provider visits failed.
Every program includes visits with your full care team.
Kelly Engelmann is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner at Enhanced Wellness Living in Ridgeland, Mississippi, who specializes in hormone balance, gut health, sexual wellness, and hair loss.
Kelly retakes her University of South Florida coursework each time the curriculum is updated. She attends A4M at least once a year, adds specialty conferences such as chronic inflammatory response syndrome, and shadows other practices to see how they work. Decades of experience only counts if you spent them learning.
What she is known for among patients is persistence. In her own words, the team’s strength is being relentless, and not settling for not having an answer.
Amanda Carter is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who helps patients restore balance and vitality through Functional and Longevity Medicine. She began her nursing career in 2012, working in acute care at St. Dominic Hospital and later at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
After a decade in hospital practice, Amanda shifted her focus to root-cause medicine, completing advanced training in Functional and Longevity medicine. Her special interests include hormone health, immune system regulation, and chronic illness recovery. She is passionate about empowering patients to prevent disease, restore health, and build lasting resilience.
Amanda lives in Ridgeland with her husband and their four children. Outside the clinic, she enjoys cycling, strength training, reading, volunteering in the community, and spending time with her family.
Taylor Foster is the primary health coach at Enhanced Wellness Living in Ridgeland, Mississippi, who works with patients on the daily practice of nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement.
Coaching is where a great deal of the real work happens. Patients tell a coach things they will not tell a provider, and Taylor’s visits are included in every wellness program. Her phrase for how change actually happens is progress over perfection.
Clinical care is only part of what you experience here. These are the people who handle everything around it.

“Kelly takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and truly cares. My health has significantly improved.”
Katie U.Google review
Some of the most powerful things patients say never make it into a formal review they come out in the exam room, often right after the labs come back.
“I had no idea what was going on until we did the labs.”
“Turning back the clock about five years.”
We’re filming video interviews in which real patients tell their journeys in their own words before, during, and after care. We’d rather show you the real thing than fill this space with anything less.
In the meantime, hear a real patient’s complete GAINSWave journey on episode one of All Things Sexual Wellness, the podcast hosted by our founder Kelly Engelmann, FNP-BC.
Still unsure whether we’re the right fit?
A complimentary 15-minute call sorts out most of it.
