Women’s Sexual Wellness

FemiWave & Votiva

Enhanced Wellness Living treats women’s sexual wellness at our clinic in Ridgeland, Mississippi using FemiWave acoustic wave therapy and Votiva radiofrequency treatment. Both are non surgical, hormone free, and require no downtime. Care here is private, professional, and free of judgment.

Dryness. Discomfort. Less sensation than there used to be. Leaks when you laugh, sneeze, or exercise. These are the things women almost never say out loud, and they are exactly what this program treats.

You’re Not Alone

Is this just part of aging or having children?

No. These changes are physical, they are common, and they are treatable. Being common is not the same as being something you have to accept.

Urinary incontinence deserves particular attention. It is one of the leading reasons women eventually enter nursing homes, which makes treating it early one of the most genuinely hopeful things we do in this clinic.

Two Treatments

Matched to your concerns

Many women benefit from both. Your consultation determines the right plan.

What is FemiWave?

FemiWave, also called GAINSWave for Her, is acoustic wave therapy that increases blood flow to intimate tissue. Restored blood flow means restored sensation, better natural lubrication, and healthier tissue. It is non invasive, drug free, and hormone free.

  • What it feels like: Most women describe a gentle pulsing sensation and minimal discomfort.
  • How many sessions: Typically six treatments, about one a week for six weeks.
  • Timeline: Results build across the series and continue developing over roughly three months.
  • Downtime: None. You return to normal activity right away.

What is Votiva?

Votiva is an FDA cleared radiofrequency treatment for stress urinary incontinence, vaginal laxity, and pelvic floor weakness. Gentle warmth stimulates your body’s own collagen production and strengthens tissue.

  • What it feels like: Most women describe a warm sensation and nothing more. No surgery and no needles.
  • How many sessions: Three treatments, one a month for three months.
  • Timeline: Many women notice a difference after the first session, with results building across the series.
  • Downtime: None.

How do you decide which treatment is right for me?

You do not have to decide. That is what the consultation is for.

As a general rule, FemiWave addresses sensation, comfort, and lubrication, while Votiva addresses bladder leaks, laxity, and pelvic floor strength. Many women benefit from both. Your provider assesses what is actually driving your symptoms and recommends the plan that fits, and for qualified patients regenerative injection therapy can be discussed privately as an addition.

Why have this treated at a functional medicine clinic?

Because intimate wellness and hormone health are connected, and most places treat only one side. Our perimenopausal and postmenopausal patients often pair these treatments with hormone and wellness care they are already receiving here. That combination is why one patient told us GAINSWave for Her was saving her marriage.

You’re Not Alone

Is this confidential?

Completely. Consultations are private. Our sexual wellness line, 601-724-7882, is answered discreetly and separately from our main clinic number. Treatments happen in a private treatment room, and your care is never discussed outside your care team.

Our team has had these conversations thousands of times since 2004. Nothing you bring to us will surprise us, and nothing you say will be met with a raised eyebrow.

Questions

Answered honestly.

You don’t have to know which treatment you need. That’s our job.

Does Votiva hurt?
