Ingredients
1 large cucumber
10 large shrimp prawns
1 tsp of ginger
1 Tbs coconut oil
Instructions
1. Begin by peeling the cucumber and slicing it; slices should be about a half an inch
2. Grate the ginger and set aside
3. Add coconut oil to a frying pan
4. Saute the cucumber and ginger then add shrimp and cook at medium heat
5. Cook until shrimp are pink
6. Plate and enjoy!
