Ingredients
- ½ cup creamy nut butter of choice
- ¼ cup unflavored collagen peptides
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Stir well until a thick cookie dough forms
- Use a tablespoon to scoop out evenly-sized balls of dough
- Roll each ball between the palms of your hands to smooth and form each ball into a cookie-like shape
- Eat right away or store in the fridge for later!
