Ingredients
1 kiwi (peeled)
1 lime (juiced)
1 lemon (juiced)
3 celery stalks, trimmed
4 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 sprig of parsley
½ teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of sea salt
½ cup baby spinach (for better digestion, slightly steam beforehand)
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey *(not vegan )-optional
8 oz. water
Instructions
In high powered blender add all ingredients; blend on high for one minute or until thoroughly mixed.
