Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, peeled
½ cup fresh basil leaves, tightly packed
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 large ripe avocados, pitted
1 tsp sea salt
Water

Instructions:
In a food processor combine the garlic and fresh basil and pulse to mince.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, avocado flesh, sea salt, and 1 tablespoon water and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. If the sauce is too thick, add another tablespoon of water
