Our October-December Lab Special is an in-depth look at your overall health and to screen for signs of breast cancer! Vitamin D + Magnesium RBC ($86.50, regular $173), add on Iodine ($45)
Vitamin D- must be in balance and is foundational to overall health and to disease prevention! It is important to monitor Vitamin D levels throughout the year, especially as we head into fall and winter in Mississippi and have less exposure to sunlight. Every cell in our bodies has a Vitamin D receptor so it is important to optimize Vitamin D levels to achieve optimal health! Vitamin D is crucial to immune health, mental health, bone and joint health, and protecting against cancer and diseases.
Foods: salmon, tuna, oranges, mushrooms, kiwis, mackerel, eggs
Magnesium RBC- healthy levels help to prevent cancer. Magnesium plays an important role in supporting immune health and works with Vitamin D to support overall wellness and prevent disease.
Foods: spinach, pumpkin seeds, avocados, almonds, edamame, bananas, figs
Add on:
Iodine-imperative to overall health and cancer prevention, however, most of us face significant deficiencies. Your thyroid gland uses Iodine to create thyroid hormones, which regulate overall health. Imbalanced levels of Iodine have been shown to impact breast health tissue and immune response.
