Monitoring Abdominal Fat

One of the best ways to measure the body fat is by taking the dimension of your waist. The waist circumference is the most accurate way that one can tell if they possess a greater amount than the average person their age and height. In men, more than 40 inches around the waist is a sign of an increased  abdomen, while 35 inches in women is an indication that they are above average.
